Booking a retreat with us is only available via our online shop.
At the time of booking you may have the option to pay a deposit for a payment plan or pay in full.
Payment plans will only be available up to four months prior to the retreat date to allow for payments.
If you sign up to the payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full price of the retreat and are responsible to pay the total as per the agreement you sign up to.
A payment in full must be made if the booking date is within four months of the retreat date.
If you require anything extra, i.e. an additional night or a change from sharing to a single room please contact Lisa initially. All associated bookings or enquiries to changes should be made through us in the first instance.
If there is any part of the retreat you are unable to attend please ensure you inform us so we can make necessary arrangements.
Cancellations by you
All payments relating to Retreat are non refundable and non transferable to another date, this includes deposits.
Retreat bookings are transferrable to someone who is willing to attend the same retreat.
We do sometimes have a waiting list so please do enquire to see if we have anyone waiting for tickets.
It is your responsibility to fill the place and fulfill and future payment instalments, regardless of whether you find someone or we put you in contact with someone from the waiting list.
Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event we have to cancel a retreat we will offer you a refund in full.
We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses you may have incurred in the event of us cancelling a retreat.
